The Mathpath is an equitable design consultancy founded and led by Aubrey Blanche. The name blends “Math Nerd” and “Empath,” reflecting the firm’s data-informed yet human-centered approach. The Mathpath helps organizational leaders navigate people & culture, ESG (environmental, social, and governance), and responsible AI — combining systems-level analysis with an intersectional lens to build fairer, more effective organizations. Services span public speaking, leadership development, and strategy or fractional executive support, helping clients develop everything from bias-resistant hiring processes and ethical AI products to inclusive communications and sustainability strategy.
