Sarah is the Director of Research at SurveyMonkey. Her team is responsible for integrating survey best practices into all of SurveyMonkey’s products and services to showcase the value of surveys in the workplace. She also partners with news organizations to encourage more data-driven reporting and increase awareness of SurveyMonkey in the media. Sarah graduated with an AB in community health from Brown University and a Master of Public Health in epidemiology from Columbia University. When she’s not preaching the survey gospel, Sarah enjoys running (both road and trail), and picks up her violin for the occasional wedding gig.

Girl Geek X SurveyMonkey Lightning Talks & Panel
Girl Geeks gathered at SurveyMonkey HQ to learn about career development and self-advocacy, as well as find out first-hand what the women immersed in SurveyMonkey’s research, product design and engineering initiatives are working on. The evening also included a panel of senior female leaders who provided insights on career path-related topics such as how to make deliberate career decisions, when to change jobs or careers, and how to ask for promotion, among other topics.
