Olivia is product designer at Finix Payments. In this role, she is responsible for crafting the dashboard experience for payment operation teams at vertical software companies and marketplaces to support businesses at all sizes to scale. Previously, she also designed mobile banking experience at Step mobile, Inc to improve financial literacy, as well as elevating complex global supply chain procurement workflows at Flexport. She is passionate about bridging the gaps between people and technology. That’s why she perused a master degree in human-computer interaction at the University of Michigan pivoting from an Electrical Engineering background.
