Mary Uslander

Mary joined First Data in August of 2014 and leads the Commercialization and Client Experience team – her dream job. The team is responsible for the commercial readiness and delivery of new products and solutions to sales and channel partners, and Client Experience. She has spent the past 30 years in Financial Services focusing on creating products and solutions to help clients simplify their financial lives. Mary has been a strong advocate for women and diversity throughout her career, and an active member of women’s leadership groups leading and creating mentoring programs. She is on the Board of Directors and Treasurer of Wnet, Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions and an active member of First Data Women’s Impact Network (WIN). She attended Tufts University where she double majored in Psychology and Community Health and has a culinary arts degree from the New York Restaurant School. She lives in NYC with her husband Dan and two children Genevieve, and Harris.
