Mary Moreno

Mary joined USDS as a digital services and product expert in 2023. She was drawn to product management shortly after college while employed as a clinical trial coordinator at Brigham & Women’s Hospital where a nurse she closely worked with faxed her a physical print-out of her screen, instead of sending a secure email or screen sharing via WebEx. After some head scratching and pouring over healthcare software trends, interoperability policies and requirements, and health tech research, she learned about user problems in healthcare and was hungry for more. Since then, Mary has held product roles at athenahealth, Healthgrades, and most recently Everly Health where she served as director of product for the platform innovation portfolio, comprised of 0-to-1 products and digital experiences. Mary holds a Master’s in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry & German from George Washington University.
