Eiman is Vice President of Program Operations at Alphawave Semi. She is responsible for customer management & project execution for all IP development and for driving corporate operations processes across the growing organization.

She is an alumnus of University of Toronto Computer engineering and has 20+ years industry experience in semiconductors. She is also Canadian Ambassador for Women of Boards, UK and is motivated to increase directorship of women on boards globally.
