D’Janae is a two-time first-generation HBCU graduate of the illustrious Huston-Tillotson University in Austin, Texas. She has worked at Facebook (Meta), Google, and a Startup Tech Company called Mio. She presently holds the position of Chief of Staff at RHJ Consulting Group. In her capacity as a certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist, she has designed and implemented MicroLearnings, Master Classes, Panel Discussions, and Conferences Ultimately, D’Janae is driven by a mission to establish secure environments conducive to fostering Authentic, Gut-Wrenching, Courageous Conversations.
