Cynthia C. Harbor

Cynthia C. Harbor is an award-winning technology professional and writer. She is a certified project management professional and SCRUM master with 21 years of technology management experience. She has worked to increase the presence of women and people of color in technology spaces. Cynthia is a TEDx speaker; she shares her rich Gullah/Geechee heritage to examine today’s challenges and opportunities for women in technology. She was honored by Atlanta Magazine as one of 12 Women Making A Mark in Atlanta. The Women Making A Mark Award highlights women who are shaping the city. Cynthia is also an award honoree for Woman of the Year from Women In Technology, an Atlanta-based group that develops and promotes women for success in technology in Georgia. In addition, she was awarded the Technology Rising All-Star Award through Women of Color In Technology.
