Candice Quadros is the Director of Program Management and Productivity at Roku based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She leads the charter of productivity and digital transformation at Roku’s Enterprise Engineering team. She is defining the implementation of productivity improvement strategies across the organization. Prior to Roku, she has held leadership positions at Google and Microsoft. Candice was recently named as one of the top 100 Women of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal 2021. She was the winner of the Leadership Excellence in Technology 2021, and the Authentic Leadership award 2020 by the National Diversity Council. She is an active speaker and is passionate about mentoring people, especially women and has effectively mentored many Program Managers through their careers. Candice has a Masters in Computer Science from the State University of New York, USA and a Bachelors in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India.
