Morgan Cole is a Louisiana native with an educational background in Marketing and Socioeconomic Management. Since joining Opendoor in 2017, she’s helped 900+ customers transition to their dream homes and served as a people leader for Sales & Support. Morgan currently supports the Learning & Development team as a Senior Trainer and Curriculum Specialist with an emphasis on instructional design, internal partner relations and creative problem solving across multiple organizations. When Morgan isn’t navigating the world of L&D, you can find her spending time with her Sour Patch pup, Arthur.
