Damien Hooper-Campbell (Chief Diversity Officer, eBay)
Damien Hooper-CampbellDamien, Chief Diversity Officer, has deep expertise in Diversity and Inclusion and experience spanning the technology industry, finance sector and academia. He is responsible for leading eBay’s Diversity and Inclusion efforts, creating new programs and expanding existing activities that foster and an inclusive culture. Prior to eBay he was running Diversity and Inclusion at Uber Technologies, Google’s Diversity, Integrity and Governance Division and was Assistant Director of Minority Initiatives for Harvard Business School’s Admissions Board. Damien also held management positions at Morgan Stanley and served at the non-profit Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone Development Corp in Harlem, NY. Damien earned a Bachelor degree in economics from Morehouse College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ishita Majumdar (Senior Director, Product Management – Platform and Infrastructure & eBay Women in Product President, eBay)
Ishita MajumdarIshita is the Senior Director of Product Management of Platform and Infrastructure where she is responsible to build, deploy, manage and innovate eBay’s Datacenter, Cloud, Data Platforms and Data Services. She leads a diverse team of product managers, strategists and operations to shape the future of ebay’s platform. In her role of President of eBay Women in Technology – a global organization with 1000+ members, she leads the mission to support the success of women at eBay. Ishita earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Math, her Masters degree in Math and Operations Research, and an MBA (Finance, Entrepreneurship). Ishita was selected as a TechWomen motor by the US Department of State in 2013. She lives in the Bay Area with her daughter and her husband, enjoying work and life with a glass full of humor and optimism.

Laura Chambers (Vice President of Consumer Selling, eBay)
Laura ChambersLaura leads eBay’s global consumer selling business, where she’s responsible for driving strategy and execution based on customer needs and market dynamics. You’ll often find her at seller events and meet-ups in deep conversation with sellers about opportunities, as well as challenges. Prior to her role in consumer selling, Laura led eBay’s Trust organization and was responsible for spearheading key programs such as the Money back Guarantee and Seller Performance Standards. Laura has been with eBay Inc. for more than 10 years. During that time she has held a variety of diverse roles, including leading the strategy efforts at eBay, PayPal and Skype; leading Consumer Products at Skype; serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO; and acting as General Manager of PayPal Mobile. The common thread across these roles is twofold: She loves solving really hard problems (bringing great solutions to complex situations), and she loves working on topics that have huge positive impact for our customers. Laura earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts/ Commerce from the University of Melbourne in Australia.

Mrinalini Loew (Senior Director of Mobile & Accessibility, eBay)
Mrinalini LoewMrinalini is the Senior Director of Mobile & Accessibility at eBay, where she is responsible for eBay’s native apps and mobile-web experiences, as well as ensuring that customers of all abilities can take advantage of participating in our marketplace. Since she joined eBay in 2015, she has been a Product Leader on both the Shopping and Selling sides of eBay, which gives her a unique perspective on how to optimize e-commerce in a marketplace environment. Mrinalini came to eBay with extensive Product and Mobile experience, including her roles as VP Product at Weight Watchers International and VP New Product Development at Citibank. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering, and an MBA from Columbia University, and currently lives in the Bay Area with her husband, daughter and cat.

Kelly Vincent (Vice President, Consumer Selling Product Management & Engineering, eBay)
Kelly VincentKelly is a product management and engineering executive with over 15 years of experience leading global product teams for companies including eBay, NetApp, and Cisco Systems. She is currently vice president of consumer selling product and engineering at eBay. Just prior to this role, Kelly led Identity at eBay and before that led the Trust and Risk product teams. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree from MIT, an MBA from Santa Clara University, and graduated from the Stanford executive program for women leaders. In addition to building innovative products that delight customers, she enjoys playing the piano, painting, playing sports with her kids, and drinking great wine.

Maliena Guy (Product Manager, Search, eBay)
Maliena GuyMaliena is a recent grad coming on from the eBay Intern Program on the Search Science team leading as a Technical Product Manager. The team is responsible for the logic and machine learning that determine which listings surface upon users’ searches, and the sort-order of those listings. Maliena’s role includes overseeing projects during their brainstorming, planning, prioritization, Alpha-Beta testing, and analysis. After leading the project through these steps, she is then ultimately responsible for making the launch decision. She also takes on coding projects from time-to-time, as often as she can. Before joining eBay, she studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at UC Berkeley, and spent her summers interning at multiple start-ups as a Software Engineer. Before her final year at UC Berkeley, she interned at eBay, completing a detailed competitive analysis on eBay’s search compared with Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and Pinterest. At the end of her summer internship, she was offered a full-time position for once she graduated and started at eBay in San Jose. She was involved in multiple societies, serving as the Social Chair for the Society for Women Engineers, a mentor for the Pioneers in Engineering, and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. For fun, she volunteers at Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times, spending a week with kids who suffer from childhood cancer and their siblings in the mountains near Palm Desert.

Connie Yang (Principal MTS, Software Engineer, eBay)
Connie YangConnie is a technologist who has had the opportunity to play different roles and to work on a wide variety of challenging but fun projects at eBay and previously PayPal. Connie likes to leverage open source technology when applicable and is passionate about creating good architecture and writing good software. Currently, Connie is leading the Near Real-Time Streaming Data Platform initiative at eBay. Connie earned her Bachelors in Science in Math and Computer Science from UCLA.
