Stephanie worked on the client side with Maximo as a super-user/manager for eight years before joining Cohesive as a consultant and project manager in 2016. She is a proven, effective manager, having successfully led the implementation of a nuclear Corrective Action program at a major utility in late 2020. Stephanie often leads efforts for clients and internally around process improvement and evaluation, and implementation. Stephanie is a former military officer and an experienced leader in commercial, utility, government, and military environments.
