Stephanie is the Director of Partner Solutions at GSA/18F. She’s a self-described Full Stack Bureaucrat with expertise in organizational design and strategic operations. For the past four years, she served as the Chief of Staff to the Office of Government-wide Policy, where she is credited with having instituted analytical rigor to policy formation by creating a data analytics program and assembling a team of behavioral scientists. Prior to joining GSA, she worked with large, boutique domestic and international government organizations, helping them use the right mix of rigor and expression to grow smartly while maintaining their core cultural values.
