Stephanie’s current role spans the gamut from managing Agile development teams to developing strategies to ensuring customer success while helping teams stay focused and energized. She works closely with her teams in India and North America and very much enjoys learning about how different cultures come together to create great things. Throughout her career, Stephanie has held roles in Product Management, Services, Support, Engineering and Executive Management which has given her a lot of experience in how to navigate through interesting and varied challenges. She’s passionate about building great teams, supporting women in technology, mentoring and making a difference in the world. At home, she indulges in playing with her two German Shepherds (Cesare and Lucrezia), hanging out with her geek-developer Husband Dan and enjoying a good cocktail.
