Shilpi works with core technology startups and is currently the Head of Technology Commercialization at Instrumental. She thrives on mission-driven teams that are tackling big messy problems. She holds a degree from Duke University, was the Head of Product Commercialization at Filament, and worked in venture capital as an Analyst with First Round Capital. Her interests include: open data projects, public service design, renewable infrastructure and financing, decentralized systems theory, and basic income/asset models.
