Sandy currently oversees Talent, Culture, Training, and People Operations at HomeLight. She has a proven track record of leading teams in both start-up and enterprise environments, helping companies through strong periods of high growth from 10 to 200+ employees. She implemented a talent and employer branding process, resulting in Comparably’s The Best Culture award, which ranked HomeLight as #30 out of over 5,000 companies in the US in 2018.Prior to HomeLight, Sandy oversaw all talent acquisition efforts and people operations at ZeroCater, growing from 20 to over 150 employees in two years and expanding to offices in 8 locations. Sandy holds a B.S. in Economics and Communications from U.C Davis and is an SHRM certified professional with an Executive Leadership certification from U.C Berkeley.
