Pooja Shaw is a Senior Advisor for Policy Implementation at the White House Domestic Policy Council and U.S. Digital Service. She has led cross-functional delivery teams at the intersection of policy priorities and agency implementation, including federal child care assistance, student loans, criminal justice, and improving the asylum system. Pooja joined the federal government in 2021 from the health technology industry, most recently as a Director of Product Management at Flatiron Health. She holds a B.S. from Columbia University and an MBA from Wharton Business School.
