Olga Sazonova

Olga is a Product Scientist at 23andMe where she builds predictive models to inform and delight 23andMe customers. Olga’s academic background is in Biomedical Engineering and she spent 7 years at the bench before transitioning to a computational scientist during a post-doc at Stanford. Prior to 23andMe, Olga worked at Onyx Pharmaceuticals searching for genomic biomarkers for drug efficacy in multiple myeloma. Apart from her work as a scientist, Olga is a mother of two children and serves as a member of the Board of Directors at the Children’s Center of the Stanford Community, one of the largest cooperative childcare centers in the nation.
