Monica is the Director of Sales/Ops Training and Development for FiveStars. She leads a team of Learning Professionals which focus on the onboarding and ongoing development of outside and inside sales groups, sales leaders and most recently operations organization. Since Monica has been with the company she started FiveStars University – training and development programs to learn-improve-advance in sales roles. Her most recent accomplishments within the organization are, the first FiveStars playbooks for sales and sales leaders, 6-week virtual onboarding, a new and improved sales process, script and sales deck and over 50 sales eLearning courses and Training programs. She was recently certified by FIERCE, Inc. at their highest certification, Leaf level, to facilitate FIERCE conversations to the FiveStars Leadership team and eventually bring FIERCE Conversations training program to the company. Her goal with FiveStars is to continue to grow a culture of excellence through learning – where people feel empowered to grow their skills and improve in their careers. Monica has been in the Learning Industry for 18 years and Sales for 12 years. She is passionate about developing people to achieve their full potential and reach their desired goals both professionally and personally. When Monica is not at FiveStars, you can find her spending time with her family – husband and 2 fur babies, cooking, gardening, hiking, skiing, reading a book on how to be better at life or enjoying a glass of wine.
