Mona is a senior product manager at Qventus. Previously she was software/operations/metrics engineer at Counsyl. One of her primary roles was enabling the Counsyl test to be ordered and resulted via EMR systems, as physicians are rapidly digitizing their practices. Her background is in electrical engineering (signal processing). Before she joined the real world, she received her BS at Caltech, her MS and PhD at Rice, and briefly postdoc-ed at the Whitehead Institute in Cambridge, MA. She was born and raised in Bahrain, a tiny archipelago in the Middle East.
