Molly Dubow grew up in East L.A. and put herself through school working in restaurants. After graduating college with a fine arts degree, she never imagined a job in technology, and when the opportunity presented itself she jumped. Her career path has been like a hummingbird; taking on new and varied projects for a variety of products. The customer-first mentality she learned in food service gave her the ability to balance creativity and discipline; innovation and execution; and humility and audacity. This perspective set her apart in highly technical organizations at Webex for the last 19 years. She is a relationship builder, skilled at helping organizations achieve their long-term growth aspirations. Molly is at her best when she’s creating structure and paving paths through ambiguity to meet strategic transformation objectives.
