“Melissa is responsible for building and managing a team of talented user experience designers, developing the broader user experience strategy and managing day-to-day user research and design practices. Since joining Eventbrite in early 2011, Melissa is proud to have had her work selected by the Neilson Norman Group for their 2012 Application Design Showcase and for establishing a formal stream of work for continuous improvement focused on growth, retention and scalability.

Prior to Eventbrite, Melissa designed user experiences for large Australian news sites such as The Sydney Morning Herald. She also worked exclusively on developing new mobile products in the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s Innovation unit. Her experience extends across several leading e-commerce products, classifieds and new ventures.”
