With over 15 years of experience across different stages of companies such as Epic Systems, eBay, Glassdoor, and Zillow, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current role as engineering leader in payments at Adobe. Her mantra is “take care of the people and they will take care of the business”, reflecting her compassionate leadership style and commitment to building strong, inclusive teams. As a champion of women in tech, Megha has mentored numerous girls and women through programs such as Technovation and Hackbright. She also founded the women in tech group at Glassdoor, providing a platform for women to connect, learn and grow in the industry. Outside of work, Megha enjoys spending time with her toddler boy and dog, as well as pursuing her hobbies of dancing and photography.
