Marielle is VP Recruiting at Inflection. During her career in talent acquisition, she’s built and led the recruiting function for businesses in the software, marketing technology & services, and entertainment industries, such as Apigee, Estalea and News Digital Media (Fox). After leaving an academic career path and before finding her passion in recruiting, Marielle explored the intersection of marketing and technology. She was an early participant in the internet economy in New York City in the mid-90s. She’s a graduate of UC Irvine and has a PhD in Germanic Languages and Literatures from Harvard. As an engineering school dropout, Marielle takes every opportunity to encourage women to pursue technical career paths and to promote diversity in the workplace.
