Madhu is a Software Engineering Director, leading all new architecture introduction efforts at Xilinx. Most recently, she has been working on the Vivado software stack and models for Versal, the first Adaptive Compute Acceleration Platform (ACAP). Her technical expertise is in hardware architectures (computation platforms) and software stacks (bringing platforms to life). She cares deeply about supporting engineering teams to do their best work in solving impactful problems and building sustained product leadership. Prior to Xilinx, she held engineering and management roles building Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software at public companies and startups. Madhu earned a Ph.D. in CSE from University of Cincinnati and a B.E. in ECE from IIEST, Shibpur.
