Lia brings 15 years of operating experience in product development as a PM, Designer, and Engineer – most recently leading Product and UX at Craftsy in Denver. She was part of the founding team at the Stanford d.school and has taught a human-centered design-based approach to innovation to teams all over the world (including projects with IDEO, WNYC and JetBlue). Weekends are spent exploring her new-ish home in Colorado and helping her oldest daughter learn how to ride a bike.
