As a seasoned engineering leader with a proven track record of success, Karen brings extensive experience in web development, machine learning, and data to her current role as Director of Engineering at JLLT. Leading a team of talented engineers and engineering leaders across 8 different products, she has a demonstrated ability to drive innovation and achieve strategic business goals. Prior to JLLT, she was a software engineer at Intuit and Yahoo, where she honed her skills and gained valuable experience through working with and learning from some of the most brilliant minds in the field. She has also been a part of numerous recruiting engagements worldwide from GHC in Florida to KDD in London, which has given her a unique perspective on hiring and talent acquisition across all levels of different software engineering disciplines. With a passion for technology and a feedback-driven approach, she is committed to delivering outstanding results, driving business growth, and building the confidence and skills of her engineers to realize their potential.
