Throughout her 5 years completing a PhD and 6 years developing her skills at EA, Janelle has learned a lot about what you need, and don’t need, to become an expert in analytics. As she’s settled into her career as an analyst, she’s discovered her true purpose is mentoring and advocating for women and minorities to help others fulfill their dreams in tech.
