Ines Thornburg

Ines van Daalen Thornburg leads the Americas Customer Success team at Splunk, which is responsible for guiding customers through a successful adoption, value realization and renewal of their technology investment.  Developing a world-class Customer Success strategy and model, that scales to Splunk’s 20,000+ customers has been a key focus of Ines and her team for the last few years.  Always in customer facing positions, Ines has held various leadership positions at Hyperion, Oracle, Software AG and other technology start-up ventures.  She prides herself on building high performing teams and coaching with their career.  Ines began her professional journey as a CPA at a management consulting firm, which has given her the strong foundation of experience and business acumen to lead successfully at high growth companies.  In her free time, Ines is an avid runner and loves family time with her husband, two children and Black Lab.
