Helen is a Software Engineer at Okta where she works on Okta’s MFA mobile application Okta Verify. Prior to Okta, Helen worked in Inventory Management at Old Navy where she oversaw the sales, inventory, and allocation plans for the Women’s Dress and Outerwear department. It was after years of writing simple formulas and scripts in Excel to automate her work when Helen realized her interest in software engineering, so she went back to get her second Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of San Francisco and pursued a career at Okta. She received her first Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Master of Arts in Education from the University of the Pacific.
