Erin Boyle is a Product Manager on the ticketing team at Zendesk, where she owns a variety of features and CRM integrations. Her primary focus is customers with internal use cases, including IT implementations of Zendesk. Prior to joining Zendesk over a year ago, she was an IT Project Manager for GE Aviation for nearly six years. In her spare time, she enjoys picking heavy things up and putting them back down. Erin graduated from Miami University (of Ohio) with a degree in Computer Science.
