Didem Turker is a design engineering director in the IP Group at Cadence, where she leads the development of high-speed, high-performance communication circuits and systems. Prior to joining Cadence, she was a senior design engineering manager in the SerDes Technology Group at Xilinx, developing high-speed serial link and RF SoC transceiver circuits. An advocate for workplace diversity, she served as a committee member for the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative at Xilinx. She holds 11 U.S. patents and authored numerous technical papers in the field of analog and mixed-signal circuit design. She is the recipient of the ISSCC 2019 Outstanding Forum Speaker Award. Dr. Turker has a PhD degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University.
