Dhara is a Director of Engineering at Twilio. Previously she was a Senior Manager of Business Intelligence (BI) consisting of data engineering and analytics functions at Twilio. She joined Twilio with a charter to form BI division and establish company wide BI practices. Today, her group has built systems and services that is supporting twilio wide data needs and has empowered twilions make data driven decisions. Prior to Twilio, she led data platform and analytics teams at Citrix – GoTo Division that provided insights to all business units and product teams. She has a proven track record of forming and leading high performing data teams with expertise in building large scale data systems supporting company wide analytics. She is passionate about providing actionable insights to the right people at the right time. She has a strong technical background and received her M.S. in Computer Science at USC. She also earned her M.S. in Information Technology with specialization in data systems back in India.
