Claudia leads User Research at FiveStars. She focuses on uncovering deep quantitative and qualitative insights to help build stronger connections between users and products. Claudia started out as a quantitative researcher in academia and moved on to work with a few Fortune 500 companies. She is passionate at creating innovative methodologies to understand conscious and unconscious user needs. Just like a great product, Claudia believes that research should also be iterative. When she is not in the office, Claudia writes and is working on finding ways to empower international students and communities in the Bay Area.
