Cindy joined Carta first in client Onboarding and then in Account Management, where she led the Enterprise Account Management team. Cindy now works on the newly formed Capital Markets team helping to build out a new business unit. She oversees tender offers and financing transactions for clients and also works closely with the product and engineering team to enhance the existing product and find new product offering opportunities. She has extensive experience in relationship management and leading highly complex projects for clients in various industries. She enjoys working for Carta because there is always an exciting new adventure around the corner. She is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and hold a BA in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
