Catriona is Senior Vice President of the Networks Segment at Itron. Previously, she was EVP & CFO, Marin Software. For the first time in 10 years, the company recently achieved positive operating income, positive net income, positive EPS, and positive cash flow. Prior to Marin, Catriona was VP Finance and Chief of Staff to the CFO at Cognizant Technology Solutions, a Fortune 500, global business services provider. Prior to Cognizant, Catriona spent nearly five years at Hewlett-Packard in key strategic financial roles, most recently as Vice President Strategy and Financial Planning, Worldwide Marketing with responsibility for managing the financial planning and budgeting process for the global marketing group. While at HP, she also served in leadership positions in Finance, Investor Relations and Strategy and Corporate Development. Previously, Catriona was a research analyst at Citigroup Investment Research and Piper Jaffray & Company, where she covered enterprise software, media, advertising and publishing companies. In addition, Catriona has experience at McKinsey & Company and at Oracle Corporation. She received her bachelor’s degree from UCLA and her MBA from Harvard Business School. Interesting fact: Catriona was a World Champion and member of the U.S. National Rowing Team, competing at the Olympics in Barcelona and in Atlanta. More interesting: Catriona got a puppy for Christmas.
