Cathy Southwick

Cathy spent five years as Vice President of Engineering at AT&T. Her organization was comprised of over 1k IT professionals focusing on various aspects of the IT lifecycle such as being the single point of entry and project/program management for IT Operation infrastructure requests (~8k projects annually) from ideation through implementation for work impacting AT&T IT infrastructure both domestically and internationally. Prior to AT&T, Cathy spent 11 years working in the transportation industry for a Fortune 100 company and held various positions responsible for resource management, procurement, technology planning, project management, process reengineering, merger integration, strategic planning and portfolio management.She began her career with Pacific Bell in 1996 as a Senior Technical Director managing the Y2K IT program and has held various positions in IT.  Cathy holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from St. Mary’s and a Masters Business Administration from University of Phoenix. Cathy is also a SIM/RLF graduate and resides in the Bay Area with her husband and daughters.
