Catalina is a Bay Area native, music and dance enthusiast, world traveler and thirteen year veteran of the telecommunications industry. Her four year tenure at Twilio has encompassed roles in Carrier Business Development helping expand Twilio’s global footprint and product offering, and Sales and Account Management working with Twilio’s inspired customers to address their communications needs and grow their businesses. She is currently Senior Manager of Customer Success and works with Twilio’s high value customers in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining Twilio, Catalina spent four years managing Carrier Relations at OpenMarket a global mobile messaging and payments aggregator overseeing the company’s book of business with Tier 1 operators in the US and Latin America. Her experience in telecom also includes roles in Business Development and Sales at AT&T Wireless, Clearwire and Nokia Italia S.p.A. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian and holds a BA from Vassar College where she double majored in English and Italian.
