Cassandra Terry

Cassandra Terry is Chief Risk Officer of Security Development at IBM. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring that internal and external regulatory and contractual requirements are met, employee and customer data is secure, and compliance and privacy requirements are met. Her work ensures that each offering team is following best in class security measures. She has worked in this industry for over 20 years.

She is passionate about coaching and mentoring with a focus on guiding clients to uncover self-limiting beliefs freeing them to accomplish whatever they are willing to work for. She is a published author and business owner offering coaching services, vision boards parties and personal development training. Cassandra leads a Lean In Circle at IBM and participates in the Black Business Resource Group and Women of IBM. She studied Business at St. Edward’s University.
