Bianca constructed aligned marketing plan to provide a consistent brand message across campaign and product launches at BMC. She previously managed major enterprise accounts at Sprinklr, with a focus on helping them successfully execute social strategies across customer service and marketing. Prior to that, she led social media operations for Chase, where she built out the bank’s social customer service channels, leading a team that became the model for collaboration across the firm.
