As the Chief Data Officer at Poshmark, Barkha leads all data, analytics and data science initiatives across all areas of the business. Barkha has been in the data science space for over 15 years, starting as a hands-on data scientist. After spending more than 10 years in financial services and digital advertising, she was looking new challenges in the mobile, social or e-commerce space. Poshmark was a perfect combination of all three. What sparked her interest in the company was Poshmark’s founding team. Barkha joined the company five years ago as the first member of the data team and hasn’t looked back since.
