Anran Li

Anran currently leads several teams to build Metagame Systems, UX, and In-Game Content on an unannounced title at Riot Games. Anran started her career building progression and competitive systems for Halo, on Halo 5, Halo Wars 2, and Halo Infinite. She also worked at Twitch, helping streamers make a living doing what they love, on eSports, Subscriptions, Bits, and Emotes. Anran’s personal mission is to support women and underrepresented minorities in tech. She currently partners with the Diversity & Inclusion team at Riot Games, and previously co-founded a Women in Engineering Group at Twitch. She also volunteered with and has been a speaker with the Game Developers Association (IGDA) Foundation, University of Washington, UC Berkeley, UCLA, Rainier Scholars, and San Diego Comic Con. In her free time, she enjoys creating ceramics, occasionally streams on Twitch, and was a local food blogger on Instagram.
