Ali Rayl

Ali is VP of Customer Experience at Slack, the platform for team communication. Ali’s team is a key driver of Slack’s mission to make its 2.3M+ daily users’ working lives simpler, more pleasant and more productive. Prior to Slack (and its predecessor, Tiny Speck), Ali was the Director of QA at Songbird, one of the world’s first open-source cross platform music platforms. Ali has a degree in Humanities from the University of Colorado Boulder.
