Abby is a senior software engineer at Mode working on backend services. Since leaving the Air Force in 2006, she’s held individual contributor and management roles in systems and network engineering, information security, and big data, most recently working as a production engineer at Facebook focused on improving the reliability and performance of its data warehouse as a service. She’s passionate about reverse engineering, breaking down complex systems to make them easier to understand, and teaching other people what she’s learning along the way.
