Sandhya Hedge’s career has spanned several roles from engineering to entrepreneurship to marketing. In this talk, hear what she learned about being a good product manager that helped her lead effectively and be a better person.
Talk Topic: “How Product and Infrastructure Analytics Influence Technical and Product Roadmaps”
Software engineers Cathy Nam and Samantha Pluth will talk about how they’ve learned to leverage product and infrastructure analytics to influence technical and product roadmaps. This skill has afforded them the ability to take more ownership over their product, team, and career roadmaps, ultimately increasing their developer satisfaction.
Talk Topic: “Leadership Can Be a Scary Place”
Great innovation comes from a strong sense of safety in the workplace. Women and people in underrepresented groups experience this as a barrier to innovation in many ways. After nearly 20 years of taking some successful (and less successful) risks in her career, Lisa Platt will share how she leverages her leadership roles to create safe places for people do their best work.
