Dominique is Design Operations Lead at Atlassian where she designs operational strategies that refine how Design works. Dominique has more than 10 years in operations, strategy, and finance across design, advertising, and tech industries. Most recently, she was Head of Business Operations at Joan, where she was focused on bring Design Thinking and Product Design methodologies into the way a creative firm scales and work. Prior to Joan, Dominique spent nearly six years in Operations & Strategy at global design and innovation firm, frog design, where she discovered her passion for Design, Systems Thinking and solving problems around how teams and global organizations work. In addition to being a systems nerd, Dominique is a Zen practitioner, an arts enthusiast, and a Barbra Streisand devotee.
