It’s the eve of The Crunchies and Eventbrite’s President, Julia Hartz along with our 2 other co-founders are nominated for Founder of the Year! What better way to kick off 2013 than to host a Girl Geek Dinner right at our headquarters in San Francisco to share our success stories with other women in tech! The dinner will feature three of our top lady leaders including our President, Julia Hartz, our VP of Product, Julie Thompson, and our Director of User Experience, Melissa Cooper.
Eventbrite Girl Geek Dinner 2013
Our amazing ticketing solution, Eventbrite is hosting a Girl Geek Dinner! Mark your calendars for Wednesday, January 30th, 2013 at Eventbrite’s HQ in SOMA!
Julia Hartz will kick off the event talking about Eventbrite’s growth and our amazing company culture. She will be followed by Julie Thompson, who will discuss the importance of how product managers build strong relationships with engineering. To wrap up our keynote speakers, Melissa Cooper will take a deep dive into “Design for Pirates: Hidden Treasures of the Purchase Funnel”.
We will then split into breakout sessions depending on each Girl Geek Attendee’s interests! Britelings from our Program Management, Visual & Interaction Design and Engineering teams will be in 3 of our conference rooms to go through mini demos and Q&A sessions. Did we mention that there will be desserts in each room? What’s a dinner without dessert?!
We can’t wait to see you there!
