Tamar Bobys brings over a decade of technology sales experience working with top enterprise companies in the retail and digital commerce sector, with deep expertise in data center and infrastructure solutions. She held sales roles at NetApp and Cisco before joining Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019 as an Account Executive. Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations across industries to leverage cloud and technology to transform their businesses. She has demonstrated herself to be a leader in this highly competitive landscape.

In addition to work in digital transformation, Tamar has actively advocated to advance diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Within AWS, she led the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Newsletter for 3 years, and helped plan and facilitate the AWS Central Area Women’s Summits in Chicago. She also serves on the advisory board of and as a mentor for Youth Guidance, an outcomes-driven nonprofit that helps underserved youth graduate high school and prepare for their futures. Her work across this area led to her recognition by her peers with a Leadership Spotlight Award.
