Tracy caught the seemingly uncurable startup bug as a founding team member at priceline.com where she was involved in all aspects of early stage product development, operations + customer support. She also educated co-workers with my “P-Touch for Dummies” + “Hamburger Logic” lunch and learns.

After priceline, she co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer for Direct Help, a technology startup that provided marketing + communications technology to nonprofits.

Tracy served as Platform and Product Director for Startup America Partnership, the private side of a two-year partnership with the White House to increase job growth in the United States. She oversaw the tech team + end-to-end product development for the nonprofit that built vibrant startup communities nationwide.

Since then, she have been on founding teams at Main Street Genome, Upside Travel and Wellist Employer Solutions.

​She spent my early career in Event Management at the Volvo International Tennis Tournament + Oakdale Theatre.

She earned a JD at UConn Law School (Go Huskies!) and a BBA in Accounting + History at Notre Dame. Other than a brief two-year stint cruising the green + eventually blue slopes in Colorado’s Summit County, she is a lifelong Connecticut resident.
