Sruthi is a Network Operations Center Engineer at Box tasked with protecting Box’s customer experience. She does so by creating tooling and automation for the NOC team with chatbots, which helps her team respond faster and mitigate site impacting issues. In her free time, she enjoys crossfit and finding the best breakfast places in town.
